Symmetree Yoga and Pilates offers a workout like no other - fusing classical mat pilates, contemporary BASI pilates, Vinyasa flow yoga and science-based stretching and foam rolling.
Designed by Dr Justine Boscaglia, the Symmetree method draws on her 15 years’ experience helping to strengthen and condition thousands of bodies through her osteopathic practice and her professional yoga and pilates training at some of the top health studios around the world.
Symmetree classes are upbeat, challenging, inspiring and provide a therapeutic, whole body workout. Justine’s aim is to make you feel longer, leaner, taller, stronger and more flexible -- in both body and mind.
We hope to create an environment where you feel welcome, relaxed, inspired and supported - the Symmetree Community, staff and students alike, are a friendly and passionate bunch. When you can practice in a positive environment it encourages a positive frame of mind every time we meet on the mat.

PILATES SCULPT & TONE
DO YOU WANT TO SPARK YOUR METABOLISM, BURN FAT, SCULPT AND TONE YOUR BODY?
Symmetree pilates sculpt and tone focuses on igniting your metabolism, burning fat, sculpting and toning.
Combining the more challenging Pilates exercises with some sparks of high intensity cardio, high repetition free weights in this 60-minute class we will keep your heart rate up and your metabolism firing, you may swear and you will wonder when it’s going to end – but your efforts will be rewarded with improved cardiovascular health, a strengthened core, and a sculpted, toned, longer and leaner body.

pilates FLOW BASICS
HAVE YOU BEEN TOLD PILATES MAY HELP YOUR BACK PAIN?
Symmetree Flow BASICS is the perfect class for those new to the studio. A slower version of the signature Pilates Flow class, you will be introduced to classical mat pilates and the foundational exercises of BASI pilates. You will work your core, tone your postural muscles and stretch your tight ones. As a corrective class, Pilates flow BASICS is fabulous for those looking to improve their posture, prevent and/or overcome injuries. we highly recommend those new to the studio to attend this particular class first to grasp some of the specific instructions and exercises. We advise you call the studio first to confirm you are fit to attend this class if you carry any injuries. PH:0424956481

MAMAS N' BABES
DO YOU NEED A GROUP FITNESS CLASS POST-BABY but can't find A BABYSITTER?
No need for a babysitter! This class is designed to give new mums an outlet to exercise and bring their little ones along. With the help of our fabulous instructors you will be guided through a 60-minute Symmetree Pilates Flow or Pilates Sculpt & Tone class while your babes lie, play or even join in. Children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years old are welcome. (If you have had a C-section, please email or call to find out the best time for you to join us.)
* PLEASE NOTE you are responsible for your child or childrens behavior whilst attending this class. If your child or children need attending to or are being disruptive you will be required to attend to them first. Our wonderful teachers with your permission are more than happy to cuddle the little ones if they need soothing.

HAVE YOU PRACTICED ONE OF THE MOST CONTEMPORARY STYLES ON MODERN DAY YOGA?
Our inspiration is drawn from a style of yoga called Vinyasa, often called Yoga Flow because of the smooth way poses flow together. These are dynamic classes that synchronise movement and breath. The literal translation of Vinyasa from Sanskrit is "connection,". We can interpret this as a connection between movement and breath or as the connection between poses in a flowing sequence often starting and returning to the Sun Salutations. The classes are energising, challenging and calming all at the same time. These classes are conducted in a warm studio (approx. 27 degrees C) and are suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class.

yin yoga & meditation
do you need a deep stretch and skills to learn how to relax and find stillness in your mind?
Our combination Yin Yoga classes are a slow-paced and calming style of yoga. Poses are held for longer periods of time with a focus on floor-based postures. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to help improve flexibility and create the feeling of space and freedom in your body. These classes are suitable for all levels of students, and are a perfect complement to all our other styles of classes
You will be guided through some meditations to calm and bring stillness to the mind but also help you explore your own internal journey to assist you in how you think, act and behave in your external journey that is life. The class concludes with a long peaceful savasana. These classes are suitable for all levels of students

this is the class if you want to work that booty, toosh, butt, hips.
This is a fun and energizing class that fuses techniques from dance, pilates and yoga. It is designed to sculpt, tone and chisel the whole body with emphasis on the legs and butt. It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. You will laugh, you will sweat, I mean drip, but it will be worth it! This is a choreographed class working legs, arms, abs and finishing with the foam rollers to massage your legs and hips and closing with a moment of relaxation.

Terms and Conditions:
5 class, 10 class and 25 class passes expire in the abovementioned dates 2 , 4 and 6 months of the first class booked or attended after your purchase of the pass.
No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the 5, 10 or 25 class pass due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.
The memberships will be honoured a suspension period of maximum 2 weeks due to travel, injury or illness (medical certificate to be supplied).

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DOWNLOAD THE FREE MINDBODY APP, WHICH YOU CAN FIND ON THE TIMETABLE PAGE AND BOOK YOUR CLASSES HERE.
Bookings are compulsory, however if you forget or unsure how to, by all means you are still very welcome to come along but our students who have booked will have first preference to mats if classes are full. Classes capped at 30.
If you are attending your first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to fill in a health screen form.
All equipment is supplied, however if you have your own mat you are more than welcome to bring it along.
please keep noise to a minimum if there is a class still on prior to your class, we ask you wait outside the studio or very quietly upstairs on the mezzanine.
**due to the wintery weather conditions you are welcome to wait in the mezzanine area but do ask you honor the code of silence if there is still a class on.
please take off shoes before entering the studio (unless wearing them for the warm up squats or have permission from studio management).
if you could kindly spray and wipe down your mats after use.
